Motivation brings along a sense of purpose and direction for achieving the goal. Desire generates strength and courage to tackle any obstacle that comes your way, whereas others avoid challenges. Desire is basically defined as an irresistible demand for a change. One needs to look into oneself and thus deciding that I am not happy with my status quo and I am ready to sacrifice for change. Also the sixth sense tells what needs to be done in order to achieve one’s target goal. An interesting fact regarding motivation is that, innovative thinking and creative solutions are cultivated by intense motivation and desire.

Motivation generates courage in you to look in mirror and recognize the fact that I can do much more as compared to what I am currently doing. It drives to improve oneself each and every day thus resulting in reaching heights of success. Without motivation the goals will only remain dreams that won’t get fulfilled. As said by Dr Phillip C. McGraw, PH.D ‘Life reward Actions’ meaning putting plan into an action.

Human Beings often make a mistake of perceiving whether one is motivated or not, however in reality people who look motivated are the ones who actually know how to motivate themselves in every difficult situation. There are two utmost important things that help in motivating oneself for any specific task. These include what do you expect from yourself? And what value you place on accomplishing a goal? The bottom line is to believe in yourself, that you can change the expectation from yourself and you can increase the value of the task you are about to take.
