  • Drink more water: Water helps fight fatigue and dehydration while helping your blood transport oxycygen to your cells. Most of us actually don’t drink enough water. So make sure to drink 8-10 glass of water daily. 
  • Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep causes many problems like premature aging and many other psychological issues. So make sure to take sufficient sleep for better functioning. 
  • Exercise: Single out exercise you enjoy, it’s about being healthy and having fun at the same time. It can include walk, climb the stairs, aerobics exercise and sports activity. It can help to work out different parts of your body.  
  • Eat small meals: Eat when you feel hungry and stop when you are full. Stop eating when you feel full. Don’t force yourself to eat just because there is still food in the plate. Go for brown flour vs. white flour. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
  • Go on a vegetarian diet: It brings positive effects on your mental and physical health. Fruits, nuts, and veggies increase energy. Dine at salad bar more often, it’s filling and extremely healthy. 
  • Stop smoking: It has been extensively proven that smoking is harmful for your health, severely increasing the risk of lung cancer and heart attack. Quit smoking for your better health and family. Avoid passive smoking, get away from smokers and avoid smoke. 
  • Cut out sugary, oily foods soda & caffeine: Cut down a processed food and go for natural food as much as possible. Reduce your intake of fast food. Avoid trigger foods like pastry, chocolate, chips, cookies, donuts, pasta, etc. 
  • Go for low calorie, low fat alternatives: Try to have a healthy snake. Drink nutrients and minerals in the form of juice. This is quick way to get vitamin.    
  • Breathe deeply: oxygen is a vital source of life.
  • Live a life with purpose: Are you living a life of meaning? If not, make realistic goals and try to accomplish them.  
  • Purge negativity from yourself & get red off negative thoughts you here. Let go negative/critical people from your life. 
  • Journal out unhappy thoughts: we can monitor and replace our negative thoughts with positive ones to get positive results. Don’t keep these thoughts pent up inside of you, it’s not healthy.
  • Love yourself: Learnt to appreciate yourself and identifying the great things about you.

  • Hang out with health people: Eat with people who are health conscious.
  • Be happy & stay strong: Never get tired of going little things. Worries are a total waste of time. 
  • Be capable: to fulfill your commitment and standup for yourself.
