All the emotions which humans express feel or show are value neutral. The experiences attached to events labeled them as positive or negative, good or bad, motivating or de-motivating. It’s our responses towards certain situations which then decide the ultimate outcomes. The emotion of worry is also encapsulated in the treasury of human experiences and manifestations. Many people complain that they have worried all their lives. If worry is manifested ii healthy way then it is all right. But if occurrence in the realm of life is more than needed then it may convert into anxiety which is very chronic in nature. According to researches worry actually inhibits the physiological up healed of unpleasant feelings, which results in both the incubation of worrisome thoughts that comeback later and cause of emotional suppression. Many techniques are quite useful in reducing the amount of worry and its negative impact. In order to solve the issue regarding worries we must first identify the reasons that trigger it. Perhaps many worries do not serve the function of preparation, motivation or problem solving. Write down any specific worry of yours then evaluate and inspect them by writing costs and benefits attached to them.

 

TRANSFORM WORRIES INTO FORECASTING:

Another helpful way to eradicate worries is to transform them into predictions. Write down you worries and attach a specific prediction to it. What will happen and when will it happen? Corner your worries by playing this game of future with them. For example I will fail in exam is worrisome situation replace it with ‘if I don’t study I will fail in exams.’ This thing will lower down the anxiety and give you direction to study in order to pass the exams.

 

DISTINGUISH BETWEEN PRODUCTIVE AND UNPRODUCTIVE WORRY:

Some people respond that they know that all of their worries are irrational. However, not all worries are entirely irrational or without benefit-for example worrying about an upcoming annual medical examination or bills due is preferable to ignoring such tasks. We all worry about something. The question is whether it is productive or unproductive. Productive worry leads towards concerts, specification. Unproductive worry is simply worrying about what is possible-what could happen-but about things that are very very unluckily.
