Change is the most intricate experience one can come across. Changes fright us because whenever changes take place, we are pushed into the ocean of unknown. Unfortunately whatever we known doesn’t serve the purpose anymore. So even if some change is for good we are disinclined to go for it. We are more focused to change the familiar, be it health, relationship, money or career. By the books transformation is to make over to a radically different form, composition, state, or disposition. Hence the definition clearly defines transformation be a change. So in order to bring change to our past, present and future, we have to show willingness to experience fear for a short while. So this brings us to the fact that we have to experience fear when being through a change process.

So if we want to change our lives, change our physique, change our experience symphony or change our natural predisposition – we have to experience our own transformation. The beginning point for this start is to alter our system of beliefs, specifically the ones that are connected with that portion of our life which we want to change. When we change, the world around us also changes. Interestingly change in our being influences other as well and hence brings positive change in their lives as well. In actual your transformation actually provides other an opportunity to review their own beings and thus transform accordingly.

Both Eastern mystics and Einstein have called the present, past and future an illusion. The question is could a retroactive shift transform the present? Likewise if you see your future in connection to what you do today, can it be possible than that way you transform your present as well? So to give it a try here are some suggestions: The first thing is to identify some event where you are to make a decision or somehow you came across some circumstances where you were to choose from either one or another and hence forged a path which you wished it hadn’t.

This might have happened because a certain trait of your personality was reinforced either by your personal values, associations or behaviors. Write down what you wished you had known earlier and you would have acted like that accordingly than. Envision your own being earlier at that time and remind what he/she would need to know or do so in order to bring change.
