As New year starts, many people have many ideas of list regarding New Year. Mostly they start thinking about their physical fitness. Their physical fitness is on the top of the list of New Year. According to a research there are only 32% people who have strong wish to lose weight, while 37% people have a plan to stay healthy and well in the New Year. Unfortunately most of the people never ever achieve their goals in which only 8% people will stick on their plans.
If you want to achieve something in your life then it is important to focus on your mental fitness first. If you start working on your mental fitness then surely you will be successful in achieving your targets whether it is physical fitness or something else. In any case, your body won’t do what your mind does not tell it.

If you want self-control and delayed satisfaction in your life then the best solution is to build mental muscles. And these are the best skills. And you should learn these skills for the betterment of your life.
Now I am going to tell you ten strategies to make yourself mentally stronger.
First tactic is to use at least 15 minutes a day in quiet meditation which means it will help you to see yourself in depth, to analyze your thinking and plans for better future. Many of us didn’t spend time for ourselves that’s the major reason we couldn’t achieve our goals. We need to recharge our batteries with a little bit of privacy. It will renovate your motivation to reach your goals.
Second tactic is to do minimum one hard thing every week. We all people want to live in our comfort zone. Because this will give us ease. But if you want to achieve your goals then you have to work on it whether it is hard. Because it will make you stronger. Always do something that compels you, to step outside your comfort zone such as join photography class, or anything challenging. Always face your fears instead of avoiding them. Sometimes you might fail but never under-estimate yourself.
Third tactic is gratitude. Write down three things everyday you are grateful for. It will take only few minutes but believe me it the best way to boost your mental strength. Studies has shown that it will give you more relaxation. But unfortunately many of us see it unnecessary.
Fourth tactic is to better care of your physical health. Your brain needs energy. But how we give energy to our brain? It’s very easy. You just fulfill your sleep, exercise, and healthy food. These are the things which will fuel your mind. Aim for building a healthy body so you can enjoy a healthier and stronger mind.
Fifth tactic is healthy self-talk. Unhealthy self talk means unkind self-criticism which only holds you back. Talk with yourself by considering that you are talking with your sincere friend who always listen you. The conversations you have with yourself influence the way you act and how you experience.
