Happiness is a good thing that everyone needs in their lives. You may be victorious and have a lot of cash but without happiness it will be empty. The best trail towards happiness is to articulate affection for others. When you communicate the feeling of affection you generate pleasure and enjoyment within yourself. Happiness is not just a condition of brain but also a shape of passion. It is recommended that working in a significant profession, taking time out for friends, and planning to enjoy the day is the way of increasing happiness in your life.
Maryam Shah has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Foundation University. She has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Fauji Foundation University. Thankfulness is a sign of appreciation and you have to express gratitude for life. When you wake up in the morning, acknowledge that someone has passed away the previous night but not you, feel lucky to be alive. Let’s do a little exercise, next time you experience as if everything is working not in your favor and there is nothing to be grateful for, take a pen and a paper and write a list of things you should be grateful for, for example, I woke up this morning, food is on my table, I have dress to put on, I have a handsome paying job even though my boss is a beast, sky is beautiful and the ambiance is immense. When you are done with this little exercise, I can guarantee you that you will already feel enhanced.
